Wide & Abnormal Load movements w/c 9 June 2025

AIL movements in relation to the Sizewell C Project

On Monday 9 June, there are two wide load movements planned:

At 11:00, sheet box piles will be delivered to the Main Construction Area.

At 14:00,  an excavator will be delivered to the Main Construction Area.

On Tuesday 10 June, there are seven wide load movements planned:

At 11:00, equipment will be delivered to the Middleton Moor compound for the Sizewell Link Road.

At 11:00, an excavator will be delivered to the Main Construction Area.

At 11:00, two deliveries of sheet piles will be made to the Main Construction Area.

At 14:00, a cab and trailer will be collected from the Temporary Construction Area.

At 15:00, two deliveries of sheet piles will be made to the Main Construction Area.

On Wednesday 11 June, there are eight wide load movement currently planned:

At 09:00, there will be a delivery of plant machinery to the Temporary Construction Area.

At 11:00, there will be a delivery of a dumper truck and two deliveries of sheet piles to the Main Construction Site.

At 14:00, there will be a delivery of materials Main Development Site.

At 15:00, there will be a delivery of an excavator and two deliveries of sheet piles to the Main Construction Site.

On Thursday 12 June, there is one wide load planned.

At 09:00, a dumper truck will be delivered to the Ancillary Construction Area.

All the above movements will be police escorted and will follow the designated route to site – A12, B1122 East & Lovers Lane.
