Wide & Abnormal Load movements w/c 4 August 2025
AIL movements in relation to the Sizewell C Project
On Monday 4 August, there are two wide load movement currently planned:
At 10:00, an excavator will be leaving the Temporary Construction Area.
At 11:00, plan machinery will be delivered the Main Construction Site.
On Tuesday 5 August, there is one wide load movement currently planned:
At 13:00, the removal of a bulldozer from the Trust Farm compound.
On Wednesday 6 August, there is one wide load movement currently planned:
At 11:00, a crane base will be delivered to the Main Construction Site.
On Thursday 7 August, there are six wide load movement currently planned:
At 11:00, two deliveries of cabins will be made to the Temporary Construction Area, and one container will be delivered to the Ancillary Construction Area.
At 13:00, two deliveries of cabins will be made to the Temporary Construction Area.
At 15:00, one container will be delivered to the Ancillary Construction Area.
On Friday 8 August, there are two wide load movement currently planned:
At 11:00, two welfare units are being removed from the Main Construction Area and a delivery of a pilling rig will be made to the Main Construction Area.
All the above movements will be police escorted and will follow the designated route to site – A12, B1122 & Lovers Lane.
