Permit application: EPR/HB3542KC/A001 for Construction Water Discharge Activity for the ‘Main Development Site’

The Environment Agency has received an application for a permit to allow Sizewell C Limited to make discharges during the construction of its ‘main development site’ (MDS).

• This application is for proposed discharges to the North Sea.
• It covers effluent treatment systems serving construction-related activities taking place across the Main Development Site (MDS). A combined discharge from the Onshore Flow Collection Chamber (CDO Collection Chamber) will be made to the North Sea via the Combined Drainage Outfall (CDO).
