8pm Friday 29 May to 5am Monday 1 June (first weekend)
B1122 Abbey Road will be closed from just south of Rowley Mews to 50m north of its junction with Abbey Lane and Lover’s Lane will be closed from its junction with Abbey Road to just north of the Leiston waste recycling centre.
8pm Friday 5 June to 5am Monday 8 June and 8pm Friday 12 June to 5am Monday 15 June (second and third weekends)
B1122 Abbey Road will also be closed between the Leiston Abbey access and Potter’s Lane for two full weekends.
Abbey Road Diversion: B1122, A12, A1094, and B1069
Lover’s Lane Diversion: B1122, King George’s Avenue
Eastbridge Road Diversion: Eastbridge Road, Church Road and Bakers Hill / Onner’s Lane. An advisory one-way system will be in place to support traffic flow between Eastbridge and Theberton.
During these closures, access to property will be maintained.
