This survey is being undertaken to inform the development of our plan to create compensatory fen meadow habitat. While our plans for the Sizewell C project would result in the loss of just under half a hectare of fen meadow from the Sizewell Marshes SSI, we are proposing to deliver substantially larger areas of compensatory habitat at off-site locations in Benhall, Pakenham, and Halesworth.
