This survey is being undertaken as part of upcoming works to assess the state of underground utilities infrastructure at a number of Sizewell C’s associated developments. In particular, it will inform the design and delivery of the Northern Park and Ride development, which during Sizewell C’s construction phase would be used to bus workers to site, thereby reducing the impact of the project on local roads. The survey will be conducted overnight. There will be traffic management on the A12 while the works are being undertaken, but the road will remain open at all times.
