Leiston-cum-Sizewell
Railway works continue to take place on the Green Rail Route between Buckleswood Road and the Temporary Construction Area.
Works will take place between 07:00am- 19:00pm on Weds 29 and Thurs 30 July and between 07:00-23:59 on Friday 31 July.
The works will include erecting palisade fencing along sections of the railway corridor, topping up the ballast, and profiling the track area. These activities are part of the ongoing work to complete and prepare the Green Rail Route railway infrastructure.
During these works, residents may notice construction activity, vehicle movements, plant and machinery operating in the area, and some noise associated with the installation of fencing and the movement and placement of ballast. We will aim to keep disruption to a minimum wherever possible.
