Knodishall, Leiston-cum-Sizewell
Knodishall level crossing and a section of The Green in the vicinity of the level crossing will be closed for 1 day, to enable ground investigation works to take place ahead of our work to upgrade the railway track and level crossing.
There will be a diversion in place and access to properties will be maintained during the temporary closure. The details of the temporary road closure are as follows:
Date: 17 February 2025
Time: 8am – 6pm (we anticipate that we will be able to open the road before 6pm)
Diversion: Theberton Road, Saxmundham Road, Buckleswood Lane at Saxmundham level crossing, B1119 Saxmundham Road and The Green.
