This area is the Main Development Site for Sizewell C.

As we prepare to construct temporary sea defences and cross-shore infrastructure, so we can maximise delivery of construction materials by sea, we have created a temporary diversion around an 800m portion of pathway along Sizewell Beach.

There is still normal access to the beach and sand dunes and people can continue to enjoy the beach as normal. The diversion will be in place for the construction period.
