As part of the works required to reinstate the road, the railway track across the Station Road crossing need to be re-laid. To allow this work to take place safely, the pedestrian footpath will be closed between 10:00am and 2:00pm on Friday 18 September.
To minimise inconvenience, a minibus shuttle service will be available during this period to transport pedestrians safely across the closure area.
We apologise for any inconvenience this temporary closure may cause and thank pedestrians, residents and local businesses for their patience while these essential works are completed.
