Leiston-cum-Sizewell
From the end of May 2025, Sizewell C will begin construction of the northern section of the temporary sea defence.
We will be installing sheet piles at a height of 7.3m to create the temporary defence. This work will continue over the next few months and will be carried out during the daytime from Monday – Friday.
The public footpath will remain open for the duration of the works.
