Leiston-cum-Sizewell
UK Power Networks (UKPN) will be undertaking duct installation works in the public highway on the 1and 2 Oct. This will also include some vegetation management along the boundary of the Ancillary Construction Area. The approximate location of the works: https://w3w.co/coil.acute.roadshow
These works have been coordinated and are in collaboration with the resurfacing and road closure of King Georges Avenue.
Understandably there will be some noisy works as it will be necessary for UK Power Networks to excavate, backfill and reinstate both the carriageway and footway.
UK Power Networks have secured a street works permit, EC30061624250-01.
These works will be limited to the 1 and 2 October. The work will be carried out between the hours of 19:00 – 06:00.
