Wide & Abnormal Load movements w/c 1 December 2025
AIL movements in relation to the Sizewell C Project
On Monday 1 December there are seven wide load movements planned.
At 09:00, a delivery of construction materials and a modular building will be delivered to the Main Construction Site.
At 11:00, a crane will be delivered to the Main Construction Site.
At 12:00, two dumper trucks will be delivered to the Main Construction Site.
At, 15:00, two excavators will be delivered to the Main Construction Site.
On Tuesday 2 December there are ten wide load movements planned.
At 10:00, an excavator will be delivered to the Main Construction Site, and a crane will be removed from site.
At 11:00, a crane will be removed from the Main Construction Site, and a delivery of plant materials will be delivered to the Main Construction Site.
At 12:00, two plant machinery will be removed from the Main Construction Site.
At 13:00, two modular buildings will be delivered to the Ancillary Construction Area.
At, 14:00, two modular buildings will be delivered to the Ancillary Construction Area.
On Wednesday 3 December there are nine wide load movements planned.
At 0900, one load of plant machinery will be delivered to the Temporary Construction Area.
At 11:00, two excavators will be delivered to the Main Construction Site.
At 13:00, two welfare cabins will be delivered to the Main Construction Site, and a dumper truck will be removed from site.
At 14:00, one welfare cabin and two deliveries of construction material will be delivered to the Main Construction Site.
On Thursday 4 December there are six wide load movements planned.
At 09:00, the removal of plant machinery will take place from the Main Construction Site.
At 10:00, the removal of plant machinery will take place from the Main Construction Site.
At 11:00, crane parts will be delivered to the Main Construction Site.
At 14:00, two deliveries of sheet piles to the Main Construction Site.
At 15:00, a delivery of sheet piles will be made to the Main Construction Site.
All the above movements will be police escorted and will follow the designated route to site – A12, B1122 & Lovers Lane.
