Wide & Abnormal Load movements w/c 27 October 2025
AIL movements in relation to the Sizewell C Project
On Monday 27 October there are four wide load movements planned.
At 11:00, two deliveries of sheet piles will be made to the Temporary Construction Area.
At 15:00, two deliveries of sheet piles will be made to the Temporary Construction Area.
On Tuesday 28 October there are twelve wide load movements planned.
At 09:00, a crane is being collected and taken away from the Main Construction Site.
At 11:00, two deliveries of sheet piles will be made to the Temporary Construction Area.
At 12:00, two deliveries of materials will be made to the Main Construction Site.
At 14:00, an articulated dump truck is being removed from the Temporary Construction Area.
At 15:00, two cranes, two plant machines and a load of sheet piles will be delivered to the Temporary Construction Area.
On Wednesday 29 October there are eleven wide load movements planned.
At 09:00, a crane will be removed from the Main Construction Site.
At 10:00, an excavator will be removed from the Main Construction Site.
At 11:00, two deliveries of sheet piles will be made to the Temporary Construction Area, and a dumper truck and excavator will be delivered to Trust Farm compound.
At 13:00, a delivery of materials will be made to the Temporary Construction Area.
At 14:00, a bulldozer will be delivered to Trust Farm compound.
At 15:00, two deliveries of sheet piles will be made to the Temporary Construction Area, and a dumper truck will be delivered to the Trust Farm compound.
On Thursday 30 October there are six wide load movements planned.
At 09:00, two deliveries of rail panels will be made to the Temporary Construction Area.
At 10:00, an excavator will be delivered to the Main Construction Area, and an excavator will be removed from the compound on Buckleswood Road.
At 11:00, two deliveries of sheet piles will be made to the Temporary Construction Area.
All the above movements will be police escorted and will follow the designated route to site – A12, B1122 & Lovers Lane.
