From January 2026 we will begin constructing our Temporary Marine Outfall.
The temporary marine outfall will disperse surface water collated in the main development site which will be treated in line with the Environment Agency standards.
To construct this temporary facility, we will install a network of pipes from the main development site and under the public footpath, with the outfall being constructed on the beach. The site will be fenced off for safety reasons whilst construction takes place and will be removed when completed.
The footpath in this area will be diverted around these works.
These works are expected to to be completed by the end of January 2026.
