Sizewell C will be conducting a temporary night time closure of the A12 at the Hacheston northbound carriageway, to undertake enabling works associated with the delivery of improvements to the existing layby for wide loads. The southbound carriageway will not be affected.
There will be a diversion in place and access to property will be maintained during the temporary closure. The details of the full extent of the temporary road closure are as follows:

Date: 4 August to 18 August 2025
Diversion: A12 Northbound off-slip, B1078, A12 Northbound On-Slip
