Leiston-cum-Sizewell
The B1122 Abbey Road (between Rowley Mews and the Leiston Abbey Access), and at the western end of Lover’s Lane (up to the Sizewell C access) in Leiston will be temporary closed at night time to undertake works; including installation of utility ducting, Essex and Suffolk water main diversion and construction of new tie in points. The closures will run over 3 phases:
Phase 1: 8 September to 12 September 2025
Phase 2: 15 September to 19 September 2025
Phase 3: 22 September to 12 October 2025
Time: 8pm to 5am
Abbey Road Diversion: B1122, A12, A1094, and B1069
Lover’s Lane Diversion: King George’s Avenue and B1122
