Leiston-cum-Sizewell, Theberton and Eastbridge
As part of Sizewell C’s works to deliver the Green Rail Route and realigned junction at Lovers Lane and Abbey Road, the road will be closed from 20:00hrs on Friday 3 October to Monday 6 October at 05:00hrs.
The night time closure on Abbey Road will continue until the week commencing 20 October, although Sizewell C will aim to complete this sooner, if possible.
From the 20 October to 20 December, Sizewell C require a night time closure of Lover’s Lane along with a night time closure of Valley Road. Access will be maintained along the B1122 and King George’s Avenue.

Sizewell C has planned these works to avoid disruption as far as possible, however, these works are required for utilities. We are aware that there may be some disruption and inconvenience for you. We are sorry that this may affect your journey times and will be working hard to ensure the work happens as swiftly and efficiently as possible.
